Livetiks Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Livetiks platform and all related content. It forms an integral part of your agreement with Livetiks Group Ltd. and supplements our Terms of Service.

Livetiks is committed to providing a safe, respectful and brand-safe environment that encourages positive, authentic and creative interactions while maintaining the highest ethical standards. We value mutual respect, authentic creativity and the protection of all users.

Capitalized terms used in this Policy have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Service.

1. Personal Use Only

Livetiks is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent, transfer, share or otherwise allow another person to use your account or access any Events or Content obtained through the platform.

2. Lawful Use

You must use Livetiks in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to intellectual property, data protection and illegal content.

3. Illegal, Fraudulent or Harmful Content

You may not upload, publish, display, stream or transmit any Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, or that promotes violence, discrimination or any unlawful activity.

4. Protection of Minors (18+)

Livetiks is strictly intended for users aged 18 years or older. Any use that exploits, harms, exposes or depicts persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Content

(a) Minors and Identifiable Persons

• i. Depicts, references or otherwise involves persons under 18 in an inappropriate, exploitative or unlawful manner;

• ii. Includes another person's name, image, voice or likeness without that person's explicit authorization and all necessary legal rights and consents.

(b) Regulated or Harmful Content

Depicts, promotes or refers to weapons, illegal drugs, self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, incest, violence, coercion, rape, torture, sexual violence, adult content (including pornography, explicit nudity, real or simulated sexual acts and fetish content), escort services, revenge pornography, abusive animal content, necrophilia, or graphic bodily fluid content intended to shock or exploit others.

(c) Sexual Harassment / Manipulated Sexual Content

Includes unsolicited sexual material, non-consensual sexual objectification, or manipulated or fabricated sexual content, including deepfakes, face-swaps or AI-generated sexual content.

(d) Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-Generated Content

• The use of AI to create false, misleading or deceptive content intended to impersonate the identity, voice or appearance of a Creator or any other person is strictly prohibited.
• AI-generated or AI-assisted content must be clearly identified as such and must comply with all other provisions of this Policy.
• Any attempt to use AI to circumvent Livetiks' moderation systems will result in immediate enforcement action.

(e) Hate Speech

Content that defames, humiliates, degrades, dehumanizes, excludes, attacks, threatens or incites hatred or violence against an individual or group based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnic origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.

(f) Privacy and Personal Data

Any personal, confidential or sensitive information disclosed without the explicit consent of the individual concerned.

(g) Public Location Restrictions

Content captured or streamed from locations where the activity is unlawful or where non-consenting third parties may reasonably be exposed.

(h) False Endorsement or Impersonation

Content that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship or approval by Livetiks or any third party.

(i) Serious Offence or Intimidation

Content intended to cause significant distress, humiliation, intimidation or anxiety.

(j) Blackmail or Extortion

Using Content to demand money or any other benefit.

(k) Unauthorized Commercial Activity

Promoting third-party commercial activities without Livetiks' prior written consent.

6. Circumvention of Enforcement Measures

You may not attempt to circumvent any suspension, restriction or termination by creating new accounts, using related accounts, nominees, VPNs, proxy services or any other method intended to evade Livetiks' enforcement actions.

7. No Other Circumvention

You may not use external methods or technical workarounds to distribute prohibited Content through Livetiks.

8. Accurate Registration Information

You must provide and maintain accurate registration information. Identity theft or impersonation is prohibited.

9. Spam and Manipulation

Spam and artificial manipulation of views, engagement or platform activity are prohibited.

10. Unauthorized Reproduction

You may not reproduce, record or redistribute any Content without authorization.

11. Malicious Code

You may not introduce viruses, malware or other malicious code.

12. Harassment

You may not harass, intimidate or threaten any person.

13. Deceptive Conduct

Fraudulent, deceptive or bad-faith conduct is prohibited.

14. Respect for Creators' Rights

Recording, copying or redistributing live sessions without authorization is prohibited.

15. Respect for Legal Rights

You must not infringe any legal rights, including intellectual property rights.

16. Unauthorized Automated Access

The use of bots, scripts, crawlers or automated tools without authorization is prohibited.

17. Impersonation

You may not impersonate Livetiks or any other user.

18. Security

You may not interfere with the security, integrity or proper operation of the platform.

19. Reverse Engineering

You may not decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to analyze Livetiks' source code or underlying technology.

20. Use of the Livetiks Brand

You may not use the Livetiks name, trademarks or logos without prior written authorization.

21. Enforcement

Livetiks may, at any time and without prior notice:

• Immediately remove Content that violates this Policy
• Suspend or terminate any live Event
• Freeze payments or funds
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required by law.

22. Reporting Procedure

You may report Content:

• Directly through the platform using the Report feature; or- By email at support@livetiks.com.

Violations of this Policy may result in Content removal, account suspension or termination, freezing of funds, and, where appropriate, legal proceedings.

By using Livetiks, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy, as amended from time to time.
